Bacon

Steps

1. For baking, preheat oven to 375, place bacon strips on cookie sheet, place in oven and cook to desired doneness

2. For Skillet, place skillet on stove medium heat, cook stripes to desired doneness

3. For extra crispy bacon while baking use a baking rack to let the grease drip off of bacon as it cooks. If no rack available periodically drain and flip bacon as it cooks
